Using Distress Oxide Inks

Hello, today I wanted to show you how fun Distress Oxide Inks are! When they first came out I wasn't quite sure if I needed them since I already use Distress Inks and love them! But, after watching Vicky Papaioannou's blog on how they do not mud up when layering, I decided that I just had to have them. I love the colors and the silky chalky feel.


I used Stampendous Jumbo Peony and embossed it using Versaink and Wow Opaque White embossing powder. Then the fun began! I pressed Broken China and Spiced Marmalade onto my mat and added water and smooshed around. Then I added Cracked Pistachio. I love how it turned out! Added a butterfly die, embossed my greeting and violà! Now I need to send it to my mother. As I live in Italy, it will take a while to get there so I'll mail it next

Ciao, oggi ho voluto farvi vedere quanto sono divertenti i nuovi inchiostri di Distress Oxide di Ranger! Quando sono usciti non ero del tutto sicura se ne avevo bisogno perché già utilizzavo gli inchiostri Distress normali ! Ma, dopo aver visto il blog di Vicky Papaioannou su come si usano ho deciso di comprarli. I colori sono bellissimi e setosi!

Ora devo inviarlo a mia madre.
